ECOedge Ltd is a UK-based retrofit consultancy and delivery business providing services including Retrofit Assessment support, Retrofit Design and Coordination, energy modelling, technical compliance, TrustMark lodgement support, installation delivery, technical assurance and retrofit consultancy.

For the purposes of data protection law, ECOedge Ltd may act as a data controller where we decide how and why personal information is used. In some project situations, we may act as a data processor on behalf of a client, such as a local authority, housing provider, landlord, installer or delivery partner.

We do not ask you to provide more personal information than we reasonably need for the relevant purpose.

We do not currently send newsletters or routine marketing emails. If we introduce marketing communications in the future, we will only send them where we have a lawful basis to do so and, where required, your consent.

  • Project, survey, evidence, design, lodgement or document management systems, including systems such as PAS Hub, ECOSurv, Elmhurst or equivalent platforms where used

  • Regulators, public authorities, enforcement bodies or courts where required by law or necessary to protect our legal position
